We are an established practice looking to add a well-trained physician to grow with flexibility and autonomy – and without the hassles of running a clinic.

  • Small patient panels
  • 600 Patients Maximum
  • Long and relaxed visits
  • In-person and virtual visits
  • No patient-per-hour metrics or quotas

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications we are looking for:

  • Practices evidence-based medicine with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Has a broad scope of practice including office-based procedures.
  • Likes to work with a close-knit team in a relaxed and professional environment.
  • Shows empathy and respect for both patients and colleagues.
  • Wants to join an innovative, fast-growing, physician-led company.
  • BC/BE in Family Medicine or Med/Peds from an accredited U.S. Medical School.
  • Currently licensed or able to obtain licensure in the state of Missouri and/or Illinois.
  • We also look for clean background checks, excellent references, and a good culture fit with our current staff and philosophy of care.
